My life has moved through several distinct seasons.

I began in science, completing a BSc (Hons) in Human Physiology, before moving into teaching and leading within education. After stepping back to raise my children and spending time living abroad as an expat, I returned to work and later transitioned into the corporate world in capabilities development within a large consultancy.

Along the way, I’ve navigated significant personal and professional change, including career shifts, re-entry after time away, and a diagnosis of cancer. Living through cancer brought a different kind of clarity. It reshaped my understanding of resilience, energy, priorities, and the importance of making decisions that truly align with who you are.

Those experiences shape how I coach.

Having moved through multiple life and career transitions myself, I understand not just the practical adjustments they require, but the quieter shifts beneath them: identity, confidence, energy, ambition, and self-expectation. I know how disorienting change can feel, even when it is chosen, and how destabilising it can be when it isn’t.

My coaching offers a calm, structured space to think clearly, rebuild confidence, and move forward in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.
